In this article, you'll learn about our updates to:
EHR:
Patient Portal:
System-wide (EHR, RCM, Patient Portal):
Added visibility for unbilled services
Remedly users can add rendered services to appointments of any status (scheduled, confirmed, checked out, etc) at any time. This could lead to discrepancies for billing of such services, as the only way to find out if an appointment had unbilled services was to go through each appointment manually. Now, if an appointment has any unbilled services, it is visible from Appointments view. Use the "Unbilled" toggle to see the appointments with unbilled services:
Archiving a patient disables appointment scheduling warning
When a patient is archived, the systems disables creation of appointments for that patient via any way (scheduling from EHR or self-scheduling from Patient Portal). That was not clear to EHR users, so we've added a context warning that shows what exact results to expect from archiving patients.
Display Patient Portal labels in EHR/RCM's Patients list
Now patients that have registered in Patient Portal will have a corresponding label in Patient chart, as well as Patients list.
Multi-line field editing fix
Previously, any large text boxes could be difficult to edit due to cursor moving out of focus. Now, the cursor in text boxes is always visible during editing. Additionally, you can click on the resize icon to bring the text box up front and lock it's size.
