Note: you can Save a form with any amount of fields filled out, including a fully complete form.
Sync EHR patient demographics to Patient Portal
To ensure consistency between two systems, we've made changes to an EHR patient get synced into their Patient Portal record. If the patient is managed through EHR and wasn't originally created in Patient Portal, this info can be edited only in EHR.
Forms updated for Patient Portal users
To make forms more accessible and easier to work with for your patients, they are now available in Patient Portal. Patients can now use Patient Portal to view, edit, save and submit Forms that were sent to them by the practice.
More info on what is available in Forms, as well as a patient's guide to completing the forms can be found in our Help Center.
View Appointments scheduled outside Patient Portal
Previously, Patient Portal users could only see the appointments they requested. Now, they can also view any appointments that were scheduled for them in EHR.
Added Frequency code 1 for specific "Submit Correction" scenarios
To make submitting corrections more flexible, we've added a "1 - Original Claim" frequency code for Submit Correction procedure when editing a claim.

To maintain security and comply with data protection standards, users will now be logged out if their session is inactive for 3 hours. This includes patients completing their forms via a link.
