Changed "Inactive" label to "Dormant"
To avoid confusion between patient statuses and patient labels, we've changed "Inactive" label to "Dormant".
Please note:
Patient status ("New", "Active", "Archived") is assigned by system when a patient record is created or archived (e.g. to prevent duplicates). Archived patients can't have appointments scheduled and do not show up in search results (with Patients tab being an exception).
Patient labels can be assigned and unassigned at any time by users. Their purpose is to highlight some patient-specific info (e.g. Spam, Unverified, VIP, etc.) and make it possible to search patients with specific label(s).
