Patient Portal:
Added Sorting by Patient ID in Patients section
To streamline working with patient data, we've added sorting by Patient ID when viewing Patients:
Click on Patient ID to sort ascending, descending, or reset sorting to default.
Retain filter settings between page visits for Encounters, Appointments, and Patients
To maintain consistency while switching between different sections, Remedly now saves the status of each section's filter parameters:
Whenever you set specific filtering rules, they are saved when you leave the tab and restored upon return. This affects Appointments, Encounters and Patients sections.
Visibility of patient scheduling status for duplicate and archived patient accounts
Patients with duplicate or archived accounts can differentiate between their account statuses in the patient portal. If an account does not have scheduling capabilities, the icon Scheduling disabled designates this status.
