Allowed Patient Portal patient's info to be updated before syncing into EHR
In Patient Portal, whenever you create a new Patient, it's contact info (phone number, email, etc.) is synced into EHR of the patient's practice and therefore cannot be changed without notifying record owner (the practice). However, the sync only happens when the first appointment is scheduled, so we allowed Patient Portal users to update the contact info before the sync.
