Improved Encounter printing
We've upgraded the Print Encounter action to be executed with background tasks, which eliminates most errors and ensures stable printing process. To print an encounter, click on More Actions -> Print Encounter from Encounter view:
This action is reflected in both Audit log of an Encounter and your Operations log:
Improved blank forms printing
Forms also can now be printed in the background, and there are a few additions to clarify who and when signed a form when a signature template is used:
Recordings and AI Transcribing for Encounters (Beta)
As the development of our new AI Recording and Transcribing feature progresses, we're adding the interface elements to access the recordings.

Allowed voiding of paid claims
Some user cases required voiding a claim, but keeping the payment linked to it. To enable flexibility of RCM billing, we made voiding of paid claims possible.
