Communication Notes in the Patient Chart
To enable keeping track of patient communications, we've added a new tab to Patient Chart called "Communication Notes":
To add a new note, click "+ Add Communication Note", then fill out the fields. Note that only the Subject is a required field.
After clicking Save, your new note will appear in the section. It can be edited at any time by clicking "Edit".
Notes Field for Forms completed on paper
To improve the reviewing process of paper-completed forms introduced in the previous update, we've added a Note field to be available when uploading the form and displayed when reviewing the form.
