Add actions for Practitioner's Notes in Forms view
To allow for more flexibility in Practitioner's Notes, we've added basic actions and made them accessible from Forms view - both for electronic and paper-completed forms.
To add a Practitioner's Note, open a form from Patient Chart -> Forms and click "+New Note":
Fill out the note and click "Save".
You can add any amount of notes, as well as edit or remove existing ones.
Additional elements on Forms view
To enhance visibility and make reviewing forms status easier, we've added visibility of form status and completion information at the top of the form:
Note: "Completed by" refers to the user that triggered form completion - normally it's the patient the form was sent to, but if the patient completed the form on an on-site device, the "Completed by" will display the user logged into the device.
