Voiding a Bill
If a bill was created inadvertently, it can be voided from within the bill. Go to the Bill -> More Actions -> Void.
A bill can be voided while in the Draft or Processed statuses.
Note: It is not possible to void a bill if it has the status Completed.
If there is a payment or a claim tied to a bill, it needs to be removed from the bill before voiding the bill.
After voiding a bill, its status will change to Void. The voided bill is not displayed in the Ledger and is not included in reports.
