Appointment Details
Outstanding Appointment Balance
If the patient has an outstanding balance for the appointment, it will be shown in the appointment details until it has been paid by the patient or written off by the practice. This information allows you to notify the patient of their balance due.

Patient Data Required Notification
In order to submit a lab order, there are some required fields in the patient chart. If you try to submit a lab order using the +Add Order button without this information, an error message will display which field(s) needs to be completed for submission.
Complete the missing information as indicated, such as City, Street and Zip Code, in Patient Details, then send the lab order again.
Insurance Data Required Notification
In order to submit a lab order, there are also some required fields for insurance. If you try to submit a lab order using the +Add Order button without this information, an error message will display which field(s) needs to be completed for submission.
To proceed, go to the Insurances module to add the missing information. Once completed, submit the lab order again.
